Shopping at our online store is very easy. Just hover your mouse over the product of your choice and click on it. The page will change to show further details and pictures. When you are sure about your purchase, choose size and color and click on ADD TO CART. Your choice will be added to your shopping cart and you will be able to choose other items by clicking CONTINUE SHOPPING or confirm your purchase by clicking CHECKOUT.

If you choose to checkout remember you should fill in the required information form in detail in order to avoid issues with the shipment. Please enter STREET, NUMBER, STAIRWAY, FLOOR, DOOR, ZIP CODE, TELEPHONE NUMBER or any other relevant information for the delivery. WE ARE UNITED S.L. accepts no liability for mistakes in the provided address (billing address as well as shipping address). Any personal data collected will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of shipping and billing your purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except in the case of faulty items.

Ordered items can be exchanged and returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs. We won´t accept any modification such as  postage stickers  or seals in the original packaging, please use an extra package for this purpose. WEAREUNITED S.L. will not accept the return of items with signs of having been used or damaged.

WEAREUNITED S.L.  accepts exchanges and returns for size or color issues as well as in the case of faulty products.

Due to hygiene reasons, some items might not be refundable (unless faulty).
