Product and packaging must be in perfect condition at the time of return. No modifications or alterations will be accepted in original packaging caused by seals, stickers, etc.. To do it this you must use additional packaging.
We do not accept returns of damaged products or used by the customer.

5. ONCE AUTHORISED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH THE ADDRESS WHERE YOU MUST SEND US THE PAIR OF SHOES
6. WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PAIR OF SHOES AND AFTER CHECKING, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND VIA THE SAME MEANS USED TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE.
